I noticed a massive move of domain names between registrars Schlund+Partner to 1+1 Internet AG. 1.4 Million domain names. I checked ICANN accredited registrars and seen 1+1 Internet AG listed in the Internic list, but didn’t see Schlund + Partner in the list?
The registry still shows Schlund+Partner with over 2.2 Million domains under control but there must be a reason behind moving 1.4 Million + domains to the 1+1 Internet AG registrar. Both registrars now have near equal amounts of domain names at around 2.2 Million, but you don’t move 1.4 million domains for fun.

I always thought that 1and1.com and Schlund+Partner were the same company.
I suspect it is merely a paper trade.
