I guess for me today, it’s a stats day!!! Some interesting stuff that I didn’t know and thought I would share it!

Here are domains per registrar and there Gain or Loss of domains over the past 30 days.

# 1 Godaddy with 22,849,082 domains and a Gain of 534,777 domains in 30 days.

# 2 eNom with 8,349,750 domains and a Gain of 137,770 in 30 days.

# 3 Network Solutions with 6,690,000 and a LOSS of -6,434 domains in 30 days. This is not a shock to me with the news that broke last week, with them front-running! I’m sure there pricing of $34.99 for registration/renewal doesn’t help either.

# 4 Tucows with 6,154,723 and a Gain of 22,824 domains in the past 30 days.

# 5 Melbourne IT with 4,942,408 and a Gain of 40,133 domains the past 30 days.

#6 Schlund + Partner (1and1) with 3,472,537 and a gain of 45,284 domains the past 30 days.

# 7 Wild West Domains (godaddy) with 2,838,368 and a Gain of 52,316 domains the past 30 days.

# 8 Moniker with 2,724,736 and a Gain of 4,817 domains the past 30 days.

# 9 Register.com with 2,583,872 and a Gain of 7,331 domains the past 30 days.

# 10 PublicDomainRegistry.com with 1,806,879 and a LOSS of -6,225 domains the past 30 days.
