The first auction DomainTools.com held was outstanding. After that, it seems to have went all down hill from that point.

Jay’s recent post says the auction list is now Final for the upcoming Feb 29, 2008 auction, so I find it pretty funny that the one "new" domain that I had accepted into the Feb 29th auction, still says "Pending Review" in my account. This software issue has been a problem from the start and DT has never fixed it. For the sellers, it’s pretty upsetting and it was clearly expressed to Jay. Basically, the Status never changes off of Pending Review. The last auction I had 7 domains that made it in. Those 7 did change to "in list" but the remaining still say Pending Review.

It’s pretty clear Buyers and Sellers are pretty pissed. Read the Comments section and it’s pretty clear how buyers and sellers are feeling about the quality of domains in the upcoming auction.

I think between the software issues with not updating "status" of submitted domains, and Jay not even listening to himself (he said the problem with the last auction was… Pick Better Domaind… Pick Better Domains…) nor is he listening to his customers or buyers. He needed, and I say Needed, because I think it’s too late for sellers/buyers to put up with the $hit!

I personaly removed all my submitted domains that I could. I will not be bidding in the upcoming auction either, because the only fairly priced and quality domains left in the auction are Mine. lol
