SnapNames.com list another domain they shouldn’t

I have had my eye on the domain name CyberStore.com as it was listed at SnapNames.com and was expired. I had spoke with the owner Bruce for sometime now and he had renewed the domain about a week or more ago.

Even after he renewed it, the whois info didn’t seem to be updated at the registry or directnic, so I contacted Bruce again. He said he renewed it and called directnic to verify. Directnic said the domain was renewed and the whois just had not updated yet. This was last week.

Now when I checked the current DNS, SnapNames should know the domain is renewed, as the current DNS is NS0.Directnic.com and NS1.Directnic.com. When DirectNic has expired domains, they are on a different DNS which all of their expired domains are on and it’s not what they currently are.

If you are in the auction for CyberStore.com, expect it to be pulled shortly as it should not be listed for what I can see and what Bruce the owner has told me. Here is a screen shot of proof the domain is currently in auction.

I sure wish there was a way to prevent these listings that should never make it to auction. SnapNames needs a new system in place and that system should use Two forms of checking to verify the domain is still expired and should go to auction etc.
