Need an account to send an offer? Not a good idea.

I have been getting several offers and putting domain names into Escrow since early last week and I was trying to figure out why!

After Erich from Sedo pissed me off with his piss poor attitude and I pulled all my domain names from Sedo.com that I also had parked, I parked all those domains with Fabulous.com . Marked most for sale as I had them listed with Sedo etc.

Now I think I might have an idea why these offers might not of been coming in before. At Sedo, you need to be logged in to submit an offer, which means if you are new to Sedo, you have to Create an account. Plus you have to be Buyer Verified.

That little process can easily push away a buyer and Prevent you from getting an offer. You might want to think about listing your domains with a service that is Very Easy to make an offer! An example is a domain like mine listed with Fabulous.com . www.ConsumerDefense.com which is very clear it is for sale and easy for an interested party to send me an offer. Page looks nice, you get the senders IP Address with the offer, full name, email address and Fabulous has nice PPC averages etc all stuff Sedo does not present to a seller!

Once a price is agreed on from your interested party, the escrow process is a breeze with many to choose from like Escrow.com, Moniker.com, DnEscrow.com or even Sedo if you want to deal with Erich….

Great post - thanks for sharing the info about sedo.

I am sure that you will do very well - you are persistent with LONG term goals in sight.

Sedo is horrible. The staff they are are just down right rude. I sold a domain that they contacted me to by recently and it took a month to get paid. Run around and rude staff
