It’s official, the new ICANN fee is working!

I have been gone for the 4th of July holiday, plus it’s the weekend but I really wanted to be working. I did a little work last night and looked into today’s PendingDelete domain list. Since I didn’t have that much time to look into the list, I just made a list of the easiest domains that I could and tried to go after them for a "test".

Those domains happened to be 4 Letter .com’s and some quad premium 4 Letter .net’s and one VCVC .net.

So I started checking them when I thought the drops would start to happen and sure enough…. I grabbed one! UKAC(.)net which many would say is a good VCVC domain and at reg fee, I do not know that many that would pass it up!

I was also able to grab 2 other quad premium 4 letter .net’s shortly after the first one. Now I would say that 4 Letter domains are not the best to go for, since they are the easiest to pick out of the big pendingdelete lists! This means those will be what most people will be going for, so your chances at getting them will be less!

After a couple more days of tweaking my system, I should be able to grab some really nice domains!!!!! Shit this is FUN! I could of grabbed Thousands of 2 word .com’s that would easy fetch $50-$100 a pop, but again I didn’t want to impluse buy and want to do my research. I am going to research today and tomorrow to find out a great system to search the lists that are normally 40K + but this is Very Exciting News….. The average guy can now register 1st tier drops again which has not happened in YEARS!

Before the new 20 cent ICANN fee (for deleting a domain in the rgp), 100% of .com & .net domain names would be registered before anybody else in the general public would even have a chance to register any domain in the pending delete list.

This also made me register FlipFun.com because many of these domains will become Flips for me (Turning around and selling the domains for quick profits). FlipFun.com was also in today’s Pending Delete list to show more proof that you can really catch Pending Delete domains again!!!!

If you can’t tell already….. Whoooo I am excited!!! :)

I’m a bit confused…. where are you finding the pending delete list?

All domains go through the auction platforms… right? Are you talking about after they pass through the auctions?

You can find Pending Delete lists in several places. Pool.com offers the full list for the following day. Many pay services have it also. I get my raw lists here http://www.wsmdomains.com/help/expireddaily.html

Since ICANN added in the new 20 cent fee, you can now catch domains dropping from the pending delete status.

I scored a LLLL.net too: “PSPO”. Snap’s deleting list is down too, have to go to Pool’s for a batch list covering the same time period…

Nice score yesterday on the 1st drop from GoDaddy of the VCVC.net! Is snap going to be slow again today? Hope so… :)
