I was watching a little TV last night and saw a pretty inspirational video on the internet company Zappos.com . Zappos is well known for it’s shoe sales and is expanding into clothing, handbags and even cookware! The company started 9 years ago and it sure looks like a fun place to work. Heck, they even pay 100% of health insurance, free lunch and a whole bunch more!

Zappos offers things you wouldn’t expect from any company to offer! Free shipping, Both Ways! Accepts ruturns for 365 days! If they do not have the shoes the customer is looking for in stock, they send them to a company that does have them! I’m sure several of these reasons back that fact that 75% of customers return for future business!
This just shows that thinking outside the box and taking risks does pay off.
