DebtSpecialist.com will be on auction at Bido.com and will end Aug 1, 2008 at 1:00 pm EDT. Will the domain sell for more then DebtNews.com did? We will all find out shortly and you can view the listing and place pre-bids as  here.

This is a No Reserve auction and bidding starts at $1.00 and the domain will sell to the highest bidder!

I had wrote a post about DebtSpecialist.com on July 17th to hear what DotWeekly readers had thought of the domain name. I had recieved a $1,500 offer but I was not even close to be interested in selling at that price, so I wanted to hear what my readers thought of the domain. Everybody that posted a comment liked the domain. Most thought the domain was better then DebtNews.com which recently sold for over $10,000 USD on Bido. DebtSolvers.com sold for $7,200 in 2007 which I consider a similar domain.

Bido had contacted me personally and after a couple days of thinking it over, decided to list it with Bido and put it in live auction and let the market set the price!

DebtSpecialist.com was first registered back in April of 1999. According to google, the Approx Search Volume for Debt Specialist in June was 1,000. Google also shows a CPC (cost per click) advertising rate of $8.18. To compare this, if an entity would pay advertising for the keyword term "Debt Specialist" they could pay 1,000 x’s $8.18 cpc per MONTH. That would be $8,180 per month or $98,160 annually. Now that is just an example, as not all 1,000 people searching for that exact term would click the ad, but gives an idea.

I just did a search on Google and their are approx 140 advertisers for the term Debt Specialist in my region!

Heart in your mouth I bet - but no “good luck” required - this is a great name and should easily pass your previous offer. Let us know of the results.

It is a pretty big risk anytime you list a valuable asset for $1 and No Reserve, but I hope the risk =’s a nice reward. ;)

Jamie, it might be wise to let the market decide on the price of this domain. Best wishes for your sale.

Congratulations on getting one accepted…
I’m on the verge of just giving up getting anything accepted… although I think the Bido concept is cool… and I like to watch the LIVE auctions when
I can…

Crossing my fingers for your name Jamie…

Good Luck…

Hi Friends,

Auction closed at 2356 $ US, 15 bids made
Note CPC at adwords is 0.05 $ with very low searches ~ 73 / month , it doesn’t even have any advertiser competition. Both buyer and sellers are domainers i feel more over i am not a very honest guy. just normal, this is the report of adwords on the month of july

Regards
