Bob Parsons Top 10 Rules for registering a domain name

I am a big fan of BobParsons.tv . One of the biggest reasons I like it is because Bob sure appears to be "real" and not some jackass like most other CEO’s who don’t think their shit stinks. Godaddy is the largest domain name registrar and he owns the company. He still wears jeans and a T mainly, has a slick hair-do like I do, has 16 motorcycles etc. He has a suit on this video below, but I don’t mind wear a suit from time to time either.

In this video, Bob gives his Top 10 Rules to follow when registering a domain name. I do agree with the 10 he provides, but I do wish he included in the top 10 that just because the domain you want is registered doesn’t mean you can’t buy it from the current owner, or it might be in the Aftermarket! Even if he would of plugged TDNAM, would of made me happy!

I still think the largest challenge to domain owners is to get the Mass Public to understand that just because a domain name is registered, doesn’t mean they still can’t get it! The common person really needs to get to know Whois and the fact they can BUY an already registered domain. Enjoy the vid.
