Dabbler.com Where would you list it for sale and how much?

I have been tossing around the idea of offering Dabbler.com for sale. I was first going to offer it in one of the newsletters, but the owner has not listed yet, but had accepted it. My plan was if it didn’t sell in the newsletter, to list it in one of the auction providers for the upcoming TRAFFIC auction.

So I wanted to see if You owned the domain, where would you offer it and for what price? I am open to offering it at any price! I would even list it for $1 and no reserve because I know that can gain a lot of bidders and the bidding can get exciting.

Right now I am leaning towards listing it with Aftermarket.com, with a starting price (reserve) of $2,880. The domain has traffic as well.

Single Word English dictionary term Getting Traffic.

Currently getting about 40-50 uniques a day (1,200 to 1,500) a month on 80-100 impressions per day.

Alexa rank: 433,548
Continuously registered since May 1996 with all major extensions taken.
Currently, Little rev, but I have been playing with keywords.
Very brandable and I get offers often to purchase the domain.

Dictionary meaning: One who engages in an activity superficially or without serious intent.
Definition: amateur
Antonyms: professional

What would you do if you owned it? Hold it, select one TRAFFIC auction provider, Price? Offer it on DotWeekly?

Hey Jamie!

Submit it to Traffic NYC; either RickLatona or Aftermarket.com at a reserve that you can live with. Personally, I would list it for no less than $5,000 reserve which may be too low.

How much is it getting from parking each day?

Throw it up on eBay to test the waters with a reserve price.

It’s a tough call, getting Rick Latona to list it might just put it in front of your desired target market.

The figure you have is about right, but depends on who’s buying it and for what. It’s a great web 2.0 name btw.
