~It seems the newest fad is Newsletters! I was already signed up for RickLatona.com and DnCartoons.com which offer domain names for sale . I signed up for DnJournal.com’s the other day as Ron always has good things to say and is very informative. Afternic.com sends one out monthly and two new ones started showing up yesterday as well. Domaining.com is now sending newsletters via email as well as DnForum.com . I expect to see many other’s to start popping up, but I do not think I will be offering one anytime soon as I really do not like being a follower. 
~In Afternic’s newsletter that came out yesterday, they provided A Guide to Domain Investing. Well worth the read and something any Domain Newbie should read. I found #6 kind of "interesting", which states: "Use a domain registrar you trust! We recommend our trusted partner Register.com". Hmmm If they are partners with Register.com, it’s kind of funny that Register.com sends their expired domains to SnapNames.com (a competitor).
~Here are a couple domains that I purchased lately. SunsetValley(.)net which is a Geo domain. Sunset Valley is located in Texas. LasikLawyers(.)com I like the keywords. OnlineStats(.)com People love stats, so this is a Great Generic which can be used for any kind of stats really. Sports, website, affiliate, sales etc. Irrigators(.)com Sweet Generic! Can be used for agriculture or dental products. A couple 4 letter .net domains, MDYY.net (month date year) and IQAH.net (VCVC).
~Still waiting for GrandNames.com to open. Owen has stated a couple times that the site should be ready to go soon. I would much rather see the site open up and be Finished, unlike many sites that launch that are a work in progress. Work in progress is fine, but when the site mainly doesn’t work, many problems or is nearly totally changed is not good.
~I tested out the "new design" that NameBio.com should be launching shortly. I think NameBio users will really like the new design and the new features Justin is offering. Several new Web 2.0 features, slide bars and a new look.
~I will have a domain on DnJournal.com sales report this week. It should be listed tonight since the normal report is delayed one day due to the Labor Day holiday.
