I noticed a couple times today a "Live Chat" button appear on Afternic.com after doing a search using specific keywords. I went back later today and now the button is gone.
I have also seen a "link" flash a couple times during page loads that says "Live Chat by BoldChat".
If they are adding a Live Chat option, it will be nice! I see many hosting companies like HostGator offer it and it allows a customer to get Fast Customer Service, which is a nice thing!
Not many "domain related" companies offer the live chat feature, so it will be nice if Afternic and other’s follow suit.
