When do you think is the best time to backorder a domain name with snapnames? In other words, when is the latest time to order so that you minimize the number of eyes on it?

**Jamie Says**
I looked for the actual "time" that you can backorder to, but didn't discover it. If the domain is Pending Delete, it will not show how many backorders are placed from what I can see. If it's a partner domain, you can wait until the day of the auction starting... I would say no later then 1:00 pm Central Time. Sorry I couldn't provide an exact time.

Yeah, definetly not a good idea to place it early, Its took alot of the fun out of it too, I used to love waiting to see if I was going to be the only person who noticed it was dropping.

Now its more like - follow the yellow brick road !

What you've said was spot on.
I don't bid on tdnam's expired names. I wait till it drops into the firesale then snap it up. Bidding for the world to see is plain stupid unless a noob or a high roller bids , well then you really have no choice...
