Sedo.com has just brokered the domain name sale of Car-Insurance.co for $1,200 USD. Was this the first reported hyphen .co domain name? (I typed .com twice already instead of .co)
It appears that this is the first reported hyphenated .co (third time) domain name that I have seen sell since the public launch of the .co TLD!
I know NameBio.com reports some .co hyphenated sales but the vast majority of those "sales", the domain names are actually available for registration now. I think these may have been typo’s when entered into the database over at NameBio.
With Car Insurance being a MASSIVE keyword, it doesn’t overly surprise me with this sale, but it is likely the first aftermarket, hyphenated .co domain name sale.
According to whois history records, James Ware was the original registrant and the new owner is K Zaman of London.

Wow…i think the pkv*co is worth much more. I would even pay XX.XXX and maybe its even more worth than that. PKV is a german high-potential financial keyword. Too bad i didnt saw that auction. Or maybe it was an insider deal? Who knows…
