		<description>Escrow.com is what I do.  I wish Sedo had parking like SmartName does.  Its a shame that Afternic sucks beyond imagination yet Smartname is pretty darn nice - and they&#039;re both basically the same company.  Aside from Afternic&#039;s horrendous customer service and shoddy online system - its fees are way too out of whack.  Escrow.com until something else beats it in quality and price.</description>

		<description>Thanks Jamie. Seems to me that Escrow.com is the simple way to do. It is also the cheapest unless I am selling under $250 (which I never do). I have really enjoyed working with Escrow.com in the past and I am sure they will be great in the future.
