I was looking over the list of domains currently being auctioned at this week’s GreatDomains.com event, and while there are several great names which include your typical LL.com and several LLL.coms, another domain CigarBar.com was brought to my attention several ways.
First, the owner took the time to send out his very own Press Release about the domain name being for sale on Sedo Auction and secondly, if you visit www.cigarbar.com, it appears that the owner has come up with an business concept that is hinted at which can Inspire a buyer if they really like the idea. This name is perfect for an upscale cigar bar club concept or a directory. Cigar’s are big business!
CigarBar.com is a catchy name. A search on Google reveals several potential end users, and the owner states in the sedo listing page that a lot of interest has been expressed in the domain over the years.
The reserve price appears to be set between $5,000 and $9,999, which I think presents a good buying opportunity. The domain name CigarBar.com could fetch $xx,xxx or $xxx,xxx to the right end user (and should fetch low $xx,xxx to resellers). The reserve price on this name should be easily reached.I had also noticed the reported sale of Forums.com at Sedo for $399,990. This domain name was owned by DnForum.com owner Adam Dicker and he had started a thread not all that long ago about his offer. Great Domain and a Great Price I think for Adam. A Forum in general is one of the hardest websites I think to start. Since this domain is Plural, I find it all that much harder to make $$ on it. Maybe it will be an easier way to make a Forum so they are not so hard to start…. it would be nice.

Almost $400k for Forums.com, seems a little high. Maybe that will increase the value for my forum domains
CigarBar.com should do real well.
