Many people read a lot of blogs but may have never really visited "The Home Page". I know this may sound silly but many people may go to DotWeekly.com directly and you would see the home page, but a lot of people also visit this site from Search Engines based on a past article that I wrote. Some click a link from another site and again likely land on a specific article.

If you clicked in from a link let’s say from Domaining.com or from Google, Yahoo etc it is very likely you are seeing only ONE page of what DotWeekly.com has to offer!

This likely happens more with "blogs" but I’m sure happens with many other sites and services. An example would be Whois.sc and DomainTools.com . DomainTools.com offers Whois.sc but it’s really whois.domaintools.com and DomainTools.com has A Lot more to offer then just it’s Whois tool.

So if you visit a site often, I suggest clicking the "Logo" on the site which should bring you to it’s Home Page and you might see some things you never seen before. :)

For readers from Domaining.com, you may or may not know it but several posts from many blogs are removed from Domaining.com . These post may have nothing to do with Domaining and I understand the removal. Posts that I do not fully agree on being removed are Helpful Posts. I make Hot Lists of domain names listed on SnapNames, TDNAM etc and many times (all lately) are removed from the headlines at Domaining.com (meaning you wouldn’t see them unless you read more or look at ALL the latest posts on the blog).

Other posts that are removed are anything to do with Domains For Sale by the blog owner. I can understand this a little bit, since Domaining.com offers domains for sale, but like today.. Nothing is for sale. Maybe people like to see some domains for sale from the bloggers?

Either way, if you are not reading from the home page or reading from an RSS.. you may be missing out!

Why not purchase a sponsored headline to advertise yor selection of SnapNames names in domaining.com? It’s only $60 and trust me if you selection is great this little investment should be easily covered.

Thank you Francois. I didn’t know the price changed. Currently it still shows $75?

Domaining.com only covers less then 3% of what’s being written in this industry. It is a self-serving publication designed to mine data and serve spam newsletters to bait people into spending money for listings for domains that will never be sold. WAKE UP. Many consider this rip-off of selected content of others to be the bible of the industry. DNJournal is the REAL bible of the industry with original content and thought leadership. Domaining.com is a fraud and so will be soon unmasked. Also I would have security check any widget or logo they ask you to install on your site. You don’t think they just guess how many people read the articles do you?

Jamie, $60 is the price with the 20% discount for members showing our award.
In fact many members want to show SnapNames listing lately (using affiliate links) and probably many more to come, to refrain spamming I am obligated to ask a fee for such posts like I am asking for any domain for sale otherwise trust me domaining.com will simply lost of his interest.
There is allways absue where there are no strict rules.

Trevor I don’t know you but I guess you are a friend of Owen Frager who had his feed dropped from domaining.com recently.
For your info except the Owen, probably less than 5% of posts are filtered, maybe Jamie you can confirm.
Also there is no fraud here, at the inverse I am spending thousands dollars monthly for the promotion of our industry and for domainers have a central place where they read the news and views of our industry.

I didn’t know about the discount… lol but now I do. I can confirm that certain posts do get removed but I am not sure on the % but the majority are not removed. Domains For Sale, Hot Lists, Things that do not have to do with Domaining are the things that I am aware that get removed. Again, the majority of my posts make it on Domaining.com .

I’m glad Francois removes certain blog posts from the headlines, I go to Domaining.com to read news and insights, not blogspam.

Nice post. I only realized a few days ago (reading this blog actually) that Domaining.com wasn’t showing all posts, so I started checking the home page after reading the article I was linked to.

so you provide content so domaining can sell ads
Then you need to pay them $60?

    **Jamie Says**
Yah, the win/win part is starting to get heaver on one end.
