I like picking domain names that have some history! So way back when, can’t remember exactly… could of been a couple weeks ago to tell you the truth, I back ordered about the cappiest domain I have ever back ordered. It was for HISTORY and nothing more…. The domain packs an age of 15 years!!!! First registered on 1-13-1993. I was a sophomore in high school. Heck most LL.com’s are not even 13-14 years old..
So I figured I would get the domain and be the only one to back order it for the $99. I was wrong, 4 others back ordered it and one person back ordered it before me, so I currently am not the high bidder at SnapNames.com .
So what’s the domain name? RGBSN.com . I had no clue what it stood for, but I still back ordered it. Come to find out now, I looked into it some more, and was named after a company. ( Roush, Gwynn, Bass & Associates) not sure why the sn at the end, but it was for a Class C Network? The domain was never really used as a web site but was last owned by Steve Gwynn.
Will I bid more then the $99, No, but at least I have a story about it.

1993 huh? That’s damn old! It woulda been awesome if it were a td auction so its age would still say “1993.”

The domain is a “Partnered” domain (Register.com), so that’s the only reason I back ordered it via SnapNames, as it still holds the age and will as well, once the new owner takes it home.
