Here is a How To for direct linking to your domain listing page via Afternic.com for a specific domain name.
If you want to list your domain with Afternic you will need an account first. The fee is $19.95 to list domains on the Afternic DLS (Domain Listing Service). For a buyer it cost $1.
Once you have an AfternicDLS account and logged in, go to My Afternic and then Portfolio. Near the bottom of that page, there is a section to Add a New Listing.
Enter in your domain name (the domain will list as you type it), then select Basic Promotion (10%) or Expanded Promotion (20%). Then pricing. I think it’s important to have a price with each of your domain names listed. You have to put a Minimum price but all others are not required fields, but again I think think it’s best to price your domains. The ASKING price is really a Buy It Now price, so keep that in mind as this is were people make mistakes and you could list a domain for a price you didn’t really want to sell at! You can put in a Description if you choose. Be sure to select a category and then select Add New Listing.
Direct Linking~ Now that you have at least one domain listed, you can scroll down to the bottom of the Portfolio page and click Affiliates. Under the Place our search banner on your site sections, click that link. That will bring you to https://www.afternic.com/ads.php . You will want to select the second one down "Text link- Web site for sale"
You will now be at the Affiliate Ad Selector. In the second box "Domain name hosing this ad" you will want to select the domain name you want to direct link to! Once selecting the domain, the 3rd box will switch to the domain you selected as well. Then click Get HTML.
At this point, the HTML coding will show. I cherry pick the code and pick out the link after ( <a href=’http:// ) and highlight from the www all the way to the end of the ref_name_id= number. So your link should look like the following: www.afternic.com/name.php?id=17858624&ref_name_id=17858624
By using this link, you will get affiliate credit if a customer makes any kind of purchase, as well as sending interested parties Directly to the domain listing page.
I am currently testing this process also on a parking page via www.ActiveAudience.com using the For Sale option which allows either a custom text line or the standard text "The domain maybe for sale" link in the upper right hand corner. Using the system above will send the interested party directly to your domain listing page. You can also hyperlink your domain on your personal site or blog this way as well.

FWIW, almost 90% of my domain sales have come from people clicking on the “this domain may be for sale” link on my names at ActiveAudience. I don’t like how stingy they are with 1-click landers, but I’m more in the resale than the PPC business anyway.
ActiveAudience isn’t the only parking company that provides this no-bs email link, TrafficZ does also, but my successful sale rate is far higher there for some reason.
