Hi Jamie, has a 'holder' did or do you find yourself caught up in the recent buy-outs of LLLL.com, premium LLLL.net, etc...? Flipping those or holding those...?

**Jamie Says**

I had purchased 10 Quad premium 4L.net's, but I still have them. The 4L buy-out didn't fully change my mind on them since I always really only liked the quad premiums, VCVC and CVCV .com's. I do flip some quad .com's when I get them for a great price but I will hold the great ones.

I think flipping = bad

Why? If you buy a domain name and sell it the next day you pay taxes plus auction house fees. If you keep the name and develop it you will have a constant revenue stream plus you will have that asset intact. Consider it real estate. You could buy a house for 100K and flip it for 110K earn 10K pay taxes and walk with 7K or you could buy the same house, rent it out and earn 7K per year. Please email us anytime you are looking to sell your web properties as we are always buying generic dot com names.
