I think I can say I have official seen it all and this is just proof that ANY domain name can sell for ANY price! I mean really, I almost crapped my pants when I saw the domain name that it even "sold", let alone when I saw $18,000 after it, I almost fell off my chair.
A four word domain name with two hyphens in it! WOW!!! For $18,000 Dollars and it doesn’t even make any sense!

At least it was a .com
I was thinking…
So what is up with this domain name "sale" reported at Sedo.com today?
The domain name is available and just shows you should not and can not believe everything reported "sold" when it comes to domain name "sales" even when it comes directly from the source!
This is not the first time I have seen Sedo report some off the wall available domain name like this as "sold". I was told they are putting in a safe guard so it doesn’t happen again but that was the last time it happened, so clearly it hasn’t been put in place yet. FYI, many domain name sales can take one by surprise and really be a sale, but often times when you do a little more digging, it is really not the case. EmployeeTraining-Initial-Payment.com did NOT sell at Sedo for $18,000 USD!
What this DOES tell me… EmployeeTraining.com likely sold and $18K was the "Initial Payment" for the domain name escrow! So will we be seeing a new owner or a reported domain sale for EmployeeTraining.com soon? Likely!
As for Sedo’s domain name reporting system, I’d say it needs some work! Automation is not always the best. If a "No Report" was signed during the sale (what I assume is the transaction of EmployeeTraining.com), Sedo could be in some hot water.

Jamie, I thought “What in the world?” when I saw this. I clicked and saw ” Bid on this domain”.
Must be a typo on price.
Then I saw you already picked up on it.
Good Call – PackerMan!
