Microsoft has used the domain name buyer NameRally.com and has purchased the domain name Dotastic.com in early June 2011 for an undisclosed amount and has just put up a holding page on the domain to announce it’s coming soon!
The coming soon page clearly doesn’t give that many hints to what Dotastic will be but the teaser "A fun way to challenge your friends to get things done" could really be just about anything. We shall see what it is shortly I’m sure. Keep your eye on Dotastic.com
For some reason, when I hear Dotastic… it makes me think of the soft drink Mt Dew and a it would be a marketing campaign they would run.

Update: Dotastic is a free app (in the Zune PC software or Windows phone) and uses social connections with your "to do" list. aka "Dotastic is a fun way to challenge your friends and help each other get things done. Earn points for completing tasks and compete with your friends to be at the top of the leaderboard. Incentives and social pressure helps you stay motivated as you complete your tasks and share your achievements with everyone." Dotastic was launched July 17, 2011 yet the Dotastic.com domain name remains to resolve to the Coming Soon page as of July 21, 2011!

When I saw your headline i read i as DOTastic (like the most fantastic dot com address you could land on). That would have made a great cloud name.
