I've found Dropday to be unreliable lately. It's been down for nearly 3 days straight now. Can't rely on it as a service anymore.

Great article - its good to talk about these things.

Having run a system for many years, I thought I'd give you some insight.

Free or low priced sites/scripts might sound good, but speaking from experience, they come at a cost.

The old saying of "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. This is because many free sites just don't have the amount of data that more established sites have.

For example, today DomainerIncome has 1.078 Million domains on our Markets page, covering many auctions and backordering companies. I havent used Dropday before, but just taking a quick look - their page has around 400k results.

I understand that price is an issue for many people, so they might be willing to accept that - which is fine (for them). As long as they are making an educated decision and comparing "like for like" tools.

Hope this provides some further insight.

FreshDrop.com had a discount a few months ago where you could signup for $30 month permanently. I was fortunate enough to sign up then and I have loved it. Well worth the money at $30 per month as it has made me thousands.

Thanks! Maybe if I get tired of FreshDrop.com I will check out DropDay.com sometime.
