So I first discovered this "upcoming sale" of EmployeeTraining.com over at Sedo on April 30, 2010. Sedo reported one of its very odd looking domain names that really wasn’t a domain name selling. Sedo listed employeetraining-initial-payment.com For $18,000 USD.
Since then, I haven’t seen any similar reported domains to the domain employeetraining and no changes happened in whois that I could tell.. but Sedo posted another one of those crazy domains that didn’t really sell today:

This tells me a couple things.
The first payment was $18,000 USD and referred to EmployeeTraining.com
4th payment was $13,000 USD and again referred to EmployeeTraining.com
I would have to assume payments 2 & 3 were also 5 figures and likely in the range of $18K-$13K. This would put payments so far in the $72,000 ($18K X 4) or ($13K X 3 + $18K) $57,000 range.
The unanswered question is how many installments?
Paysite Services, Inc. owned the domain name before going to privacy protection in early 2009. Since the DNS were CWIE.net at that time of privacy protection and the DNS are the same today…. I would say Paysite Services, Inc. still owns EmployeeTraining.com, but not for long!
EmployeeTraining.com is currently a website as well, so this likely will not be considered a "domain only" sale. It is also not clear if Sedo will report this "sale" or not when the final payment(s) are made.. but you have an insiders look and general idea of the range it is likely selling at.
I will keep an eye out on more installment payments or for employeetrainingcom-final-payment.com ($xx,xxx USD) to show up.
