Here is my review of Estibot.com tool: Keyword Parser

The Keyword Parser takes a list of domain names (up to 20,000 at a time) and converts the domain into a split keyword if applicable.

Example: domainname.com converts to domain name.

This tool can be helpful for Several other tools Estibot offers like:

  • Bulk Google Tool
  • Advertiser Bid Tool
  • Bulk Wordtracker
  • Bulk Overture

The Keyword Parser results will work best and give the most accurate results for the 4 above tools, other then just entering a list of domain names with TLD. You can enter in a list with TLD, as people do search that way, but the majority do not for normal keyword search phrases.

The Estibot Keyword Parser is much better then most that I have seen. It’s not perfect but holds a database of over 100 million of the most common word combinations.

I put a list of 148 domain names into it with TLD. Out of that list, 24 word combo’s were not split up correctly. Some pretty common words like PuppyBlog, WinOffice, LocalCriminalLawyer, GourmetOnline, CanadaModels, AdultVideoCams were amoung the ones I thought the tool should of worked on splitting up keywords, but didn’t.

The Keyword Parser tool also display’s 3 other lists after it’s done scanning. Your orginal list, a list with kewords capitalized (ones it picked up correctly) and a list of the domains split up into keywords phrases (again the ones it correctly split up).

The output results look like the following after scanned:

Estibot Keyword Parser

The scan results were very fast to display.

Subscription Level: I could not find the "amount" available for each subscription level, so I have to assume this is available to all members at the 20K limit per search.

Each domain name you enter, is also linked so you can easily get the metrics and an appraisal for each domain.

I would rate the Estibot Keyword Parser tool at a 4 out of 5. I know it’s not perfect, but it does a very good job at splitting up the majority of keywords which I know is not an easy task for a "computer" to do.

Pros: Splits up majority of keyword phrases, Output list of Capitialized Keywords can be used for your own domains you list on your site or on Afternic. Keyword output list is useful with several other Estibot tools.

Cons: Not a 100% perfect lists split up by keywords.

I am working on the same compound splitting problem for domains. It is difficult problem. I do not know what method do estibot use but in my case finding all splits with large dictionary and applying statistical approach to choose one split produces very good results.

Cool idea for a tool. You may also want to check out our new bulk keyword domain tool on our beta dashboard at DomainSuperstar.com.

The tool lets you enter in or upload a list of keywords and then the tool searches for the availability of domain names that are an exact match to the keywords with the tld that you specify.

For example, if you choose .com and upload a list of a thousand keywords with the first 3 keywords being “pet grooming”, “pet kennels”, “pet boarding” etc etc then the tool will show you if the domain names PetGrooming.com, PetKennels.com, PetBoarding.com, etc etc are available for the entire list of a thousand keywords.
