The basics for all 3, allow you to find Available domain names with a popular keyword(s) but include other popular terms in the domain, making it a "Long Tail Keyword Domain". Since the average search term on Google is 4 Words, Long Tail domains can be important for niche businesses and sites.
Estibot Available Domains Plus is a pretty cool little tool. You simply type in a keyword you are interested in and set the minimum number of results (domains shown) and hit Get The Long Tail. Your keyword entered appears on the END of the long tail domains displayed.
Scrolling down starts displaying Available to register domain names loaded with metrics for each domain name and include:
- Domain Name
- Keywords (split up, linked to Google for search)
- Overture
- Wordtracker
- # of PPC Ads
- Max Bid
- Google Results
- Adwords Cost/Day
Domain names with High Adwords Cost are in Bold so they are easier to pick out. You can also click on any domain and store the domain in a text box for future use or further data checking.

This is a great tool to find available domain names based on keyword. It displays not only long tail keywords but also some 2 word domain names with your keyword entered being at the Start of each Available domain name displayed.

- Overture
- Wordtracker
- # of PPC Ads
- Max Bid
- Google Results
- Adwords Cost/Day
I would rate the Long Tail Tool a 5 out of 5! Great tool for those looking for available domain names based on a specific keyword(s).
The Long Tail End Tool is the same as the tool above, but simply put’s your entered keyword at the End of the domain, instead of the start.
Do not let these Tool’s "name" totally fool you. All the domain names displayed I would not consider "Long Tail". Many 2 word domains can pop up in the lists of available domain names. All in all, 3 more great tools from Estibot.com for researching domain names.
