Many of us have seen TV contracts be brought to the public eye and FansFightBack.com is another site being made available to TV viewers to fight back against a television provider. E! and Style networks are in a contract until 01/01/2011 with Dish Network and they have yet to reach an agreement, so channels E! and Style have rolled out countless TV spots and have been running a banner at the bottom of the screen to promote the FansFightBack.com site to give viewers their options if Dish does drop the channel due to not coming to an agreement on a contract extension.
This is not the first time that I have wrote about two companies fighting it out in the public eye and using a catchy domain name to do it!
ABC used: iHaveChoices.com
Time Warner used: RolloverOrGetTough.com
FOX used: KeepFoxOn.com
Time Warner used another domain to fight directly with FOX and used: TellTheTruthWLUK.com for a Wisconsin local network.
I covered some of the above in an earlier article about TV Contract fights here and with FansFightBack.com, it appears that this is becoming a trend by these companies to fight it out publicly and use a domain name to allow the public into it.
FansFightBack.com currently shows a creation date of 9/9/2010 but had dropped from the registry 3 times in at least a 6 year period. There was a domain for sale sign on the site, but it appears E! Online picked up the domain on the drop in September.
FansFightBack.com is a stand a lone website that offers viewers 3 options. Call, Click or Switch as well as Facts, FAQ’s and others.

I have had more friends and family hooked on the Style channel do to the fact that is a most entretaining channel versus all the negative stuff out there. Work with the station Dish, and leave the channel where it is.Keep the customers happy and keep the customers that you will loose. My husband and I have been watching the “E” Channel and the Style Channel since their inception! We watch many shows on both and would miss both channels very much. We already pay high dollar for the Dish service and would appreciate them leaving well enough alone. The “E” Channel and Style Channel are more entertaining than most.
