Mike, I have listed 3 domains with Sedo, but not sure how to promote them, and cust. support is vague in their response. Seems like you have mastered on how to sell domains. Any advice for a first timer?

Completed one of the sales I mentioned in my previous comment..turned out a tad under 500% roi at only 488%. Goal for two flips for next week, at least one being 'end user'.

Yeah, NameTalent got hacked and a phishing scam was setup on a page I was unaware of. A victim of the phishing scam started impersonating out of anger because he thinks I set up the scam.. there's a post with most the details on my domain blog. mess! I got tipped off pretty quickly by our awesome colleagues though. Sorry for the inconvenience..

Anyway, on flipping domains. I am really going to be hitting it hard in the next couple months too. I am close to selling two more domains today both of which I've owned less than a month and that I bought specifically to flip. If/when they sell I expect minimum of 500% roi each. These were purchases between $50-$100 on the aftermarket. I must say that patience is a real key in communicating with potential buyers when selling domains in general.

I will do that since I myself mute it all the time too!

The "ends with" queries are very slow right now because I am building some new indexes on the database.

Thanks for the update Ken. I figured something had to be up... even longtail keywords didn't pull up. Thanks for the update and I will give it another try tomorrow. P.S. you could save me a couple seconds by muting the radio show by default :) as that is the first thing I mute (pause) when I get on the site. Distracts me.

No problem Mike! For some reason it (ZFbot.com) seems REALLY slow today.. almost to the point of it not working... Maybe the owner is doing some backend work or something. BTW, who did you piss off? I got one of those "Fuck You" emails acting like it came from you today. I couldn't dig up anything in the headers, so I didn't send it to you. If you would like me to forward it, just let me know.

Thanks for the zfbot tip. Actually hadn't used it before reading this post.

I'm still flipping domains too. Sometimes it hurts selling that nice name for a price less than you know it could/should sell for (even though the roi is incredible). I've learned that in the domain market, especially now it's easy to replace good names with equally as good of names if you have $$ available.
