Although some 30 companies Now up to 46 have decided to join the band wagon and pull ads running on Glenn Becks daily program on FOX TV, GlennBeck.com has all of it’s spots filled with paying customers!
Glenn Beck has been a ratings master over at FOX but he says and does things that many do not like. I can’t say I watch his show daily, but I do catch it from time to time. Does he go overboard from time to time…. I don’t care really because he is free to say as he wishes.
Now back to Glenn’s website which he brought over with him when joining FOX. The header section holds 3 main advertising spots. One filled by Carbonite which uses a personal quote from Glenn himself. Nice touch if you ask me, as it shows the ad is not just some random ad!
Goldline is up in the mix as well, with a rotating banner next to the Goldline ad that includes LifeLock & AngiesList.com from the two I have seen.
Another ad spot features another rotating banner spot under the Featured Videos on the right.
Although not directly an Ad, you can gain access the Glenn Beck Studio Store which uses PremiereInterative.com to manage the apparel offered about mid way down on the home page.
Below that section sits a list of places to buy Glenn’s Common Sense book.
The last ad on the home page is another rotating footer banner.
Then you start clicking around via the tabs and you will see even more money making machines! Magazine tab will allow you to subscribe to Fusion Magazine. A rotating banner on the right with an Adsense block below that and another rotating banner ad on the bottom.
The Books tab looks a lot like the Magazine page but Glenn has been busy writing books as he has a lot of those for sale.
Glenn knows domains as well! Since Glenn is spelled two ways, he has both covered and owns GlennBeck.com and GlenBeck.com . Double N is the main site, with GlenBeck.com forwarding to GlennBeck.com . One problem is Glenn (or his people) do foward the domain but use Domain Masking….
The problem with Domain Masking, it does act as a 301 redirect, but the address bar will keep glenbeck.com in it no matter what is clicked on at the site. Unless you are trying to hide something, I see no reason for the masking.
GlennBeck.com get’s a nice bit of unique visitors each month as well. According to Compete.com 795,671. The typo GlenBeck.com get’s some 61,286 monthly unique visitors. This shows owning the typo is important or the site would be losing over 60K monthly unique visitors.
Glenn has other site, The912Project.com which get’s around 52,000 monthly unique visitors as well.

I have listened to Glenn Beck. My mother is a big follower. I believe he is free to say what he wants. If you don’t like it change the channel. That is what I do with the liberal media but the liberals don’t want you to speak your mind if you are conservative. I suggest that if Glenn Beck needs some support, people like me should send him what they can afford and have their name mentioned on the air as supporters. Screw the Wal-marts, CVS and UPS Stores. I have Progressive Auto Insurance and after hearing of their pulling thier advertisement from Beck’s show, I fired off an e-mail to them. I told them of the reasons and that I’d be looking for another insurance company as soon as my current policy became due. (Which is shortly.)I told them I preferred working with a company that placed it’s customer and the Constitution first, not strong-arm politics.
Much to my surprise I received a reply from a Ms. Mary Oliveri saying in part, “Recent media reports created the incorrect impression that Progressive pulled advertising in response to certain remarks made on the Glenn Beck Show, but that is not the case. The fact is that WE DID NOT INTENTIONALLY PLACE ANY OF OUR ADVERTISING ON THE SHOW, so when we learned of our error, we corrected it.”
This gal has a great future in politics! The last time I checked it cost a considerable amount of money for advertising air-time and requires a contract. Television stations make their bread and butter this way, they don’t let an advertiser un-intentionally place their advertisements on air for free.
Ms. Oliveri finished up by telling me that they (Progressive) don’t discuss everything that goes into their advertising placement decisions.??

You do realize that there is already socialized medicine in this country and it has the highest amount of satisfaction by far? Not to mention that Socialism already permeates throughout our system and country. For instance, if any of you have commercial plates on your car or truck and get a tax break on it as a business expense you are participating in Socialism. Also the 1st Amendment doesn’t protect hate speech. Race baiting is a form of hate speech and that is the main reason for the boycotts, as well as numerous other over the line statements that he’s made over the years. The “media” isn’t censoring him. He IS the media. Have any of you stopped hearing his message at all? No, you haven’t.
Were any of you at all upset or concerned that the previous administration was actively and demonstrably trying to gut very important parts of the the Constitution, including the 1st amendment? I was very concerned about it and would be if the Obama administration was doing the same things but they’re not.
While I agree that our leaders should be questioned I also think that you should question the motivations behind where you get your “news”. I do. Get your news from multiple sources and make actual informed decisions. That is how a vigorous Democracy is upheld. Otherwise you are susceptible to manipulation no matter what your political leanings are. I don’t doubt for a moment that any of you truly love this nation and I applaud that but please don’t confuse an entertainment program with a news program. One is beholden to facts and one isn’t.
You know how you think President Obama was elected only on his charisma, right? And it’s his charisma that is blinding people to his nonsense, right? Charisma is very influential to people, correct? Well, Glenn Beck is also very charismatic. In fact, I would say way more so than Obama. Well, I hear Glenn Beck say some things that, to me, are just not based in reality and he’s cheered. Which is exactly how you see Obama, right? So it seems to me that Glenn Beck is your Obama. So maybe you should do with Glenn Beck what you think the “liberals” should do with Obama and take a step back and really examine his motivations and messages. Otherwise it’s just being a hypocrite to deride those that support Obama.
By the way I didn’t vote for Obama either. I’m just very concerned with what passes as political discourse in this country nowadays, on both sides.

It’s sad to think that just because some group objects to what Glenn Beck says on his program, they would like to see him taken off the air.
It sounds like they are fearful of hearing opinions other then their own. Mr. Beck is knowledgeable, well read, and backs up what he says. I always thought we became more informed by hearing both sides of an issue, then form an opinion occordingly.

Many of us are “Glenn Becks”; without a NATIONAL voice. Some have been fighting socialism and self educating since the 1930′s and before, especially the 1940′s; but FDR unconstitutionally loaded the court and his cabinet with this type, (socialists) etc. We do need NATIONAL voices, to help connect and light the individual burning coals to create a NATIONAL “fire”. All office holders(paid + unpaid), all bureaucrats, any gov. workers and personnel, and ALL VOTERS, like the military, should be able to pass a rudimentary test (review) of and on OUR, History, Declaration, Constitution, Bill of Rights and ensuing Amendments + Proclamations(warts and all); in how and why it works, how "WE" received it, and how we've helped the world. Kind of like your drivers license tests, we'd have to study up on the necessary understanding of and procedure on what is and why it's relevant. Like a citizenship test should be! VOTING, local citizen volunteers (not union, or organized political groups etc.) could share and revue these foundational fundamentals with anyone needing to brush up on or learn them. With OVERSIGHT from other local VOTING citizens or veterans groups in that community, at any public building, (town hall, library, school), church etc. Don't "HOPE" for, when you can VOTE f the best. Copies of the Founding documents are free from many sources and there should be many more. This should start in grade school and Jr. high. This should be integral and tested on thru high school being required to pass and graduate. This is far more important then the obfuscating "courses" wasting time and money now in place. Check out your local school curriculum. What's irrelevant or worse should be removed. How about teachers and professors that subvert whats right and true about "WE" the people??? Subversives used to be fired, tried in court (maybe tarred and feathered) or shot in a time of war. Loony and out of orbit mentalities shouldn't be the norm, or even tolerated in the classroom or any position of power or authority. They seem RAMPANT these days! Glenn Beck speaks the truth. There are those that will do whatever neccessary to keep that truth from coming out. Obama was given every opportunity to prove Glenn was wrong. He did not attempt to prove Glenn was lying because he could not refute the truth.
