As for what to do with the domain, that is up to you.. but you could have GoDaddy delete it if you so choose. I personally wouldn't worry about it that much but likely wouldn't "park it". Alfred,

I posted a bid on floridasunrail.com for $15 before realizing that there are trademark issues on this term. I contacted GoDaddy and stated I would not buy the domain. won the auction and they charged my card. I complained and they replied that it was my responsibility to buy the domain and the trademark issues were my problem. I want to know what to do about this issue. Any advice?
