The real time results that show up under the Google search box can be very helpful to most searches. Google displays these results based on popular searches others do on Google. It can be very helpful to site owners, as often times a URL is displayed near the top and brings the searcher if clicked directly to the site. It can help those who have a hard time spelling etc. Sometimes, the auto complete results are just plain funny and makes you wonder who searches for something like this!
