They'd really get if they would have had enough servers to stay up today since they knew they'd have a much larger load. instead the site hasn't worked for me since friday and now i'm stuck paying higher fee's. i guess thats a smart way to make more money.

@Morgan,
Something very similar just happened to me when I ran to the store. There was a pickup truck in front of me and sadly had the domain name of their company displayed across the tailgate. It took up the WHOLE tailgate and was all in lower case lettering. At first I thought it was just the alphabet displaced across the back, until I saw the .com at the end.. LOL At that point, my eyes were so strained I couldn't get my brain to go back and try to pop out the words... :)

Excellent point and definitely something I think more companies should be doing. A few weeks ago I heard an ad on the radio for a product I wanted to buy. While sitting at the traffic light I typed the URL into my iPhone but it went to a different site.

Since the website URL was difficult to remember (and too long to give over the radio) I was never able to find the site or buy the product. If they would have just used a more simple URL and redirected it to their site they would definitely get more customers.
