The domain name Join.me has sold at the Sedo.com domain name aftermarket for $45,000 USD.
This is not the first time Join.me has been sold on Sedo as it was included in Sedo’s Premium .me auction in April 2010. Join.me sold at that time for $10,099 and was reported around May 19th.
DomainTools.com whois doesn’t show much activity in whois history records that are not privacy protected so I had a hard time verifying the domain name really changed ownership after the April auction but whois shows "Network Operations" and Logmein, Inc. as the current registrant as of 5/21/10.
With the domain selling in April (only last month) for $10,099 and the buyer apparently flipping the domain for $45,000 shortly after getting it, $35K is a nice profit in a short time period. It makes me think… F*%@.me why didn’t I buy that one! LOL
