I really like using both Moniker and SnapNames. I have had some luck selling domains on SnapNames but the process of sending an excel sheet to my SnapNames rep with the domains I wanted to list was getting old pretty fast, so this process will make things a lot easier and in return I will be listing many more domains for sale on SnapNames.

With the addition of the new Buy It Now option on SnapNames, gives the seller another option as well. You can run a No Reserve auction or simply select the Buy It Now option. For a buyer, using the BIN allows you to get the domain name nearly instantly after paying! The domain name is simply pushed from the sellers account at Moniker to the buyers account at Moniker. (this is only in the case the domain is registered with Moniker, but many are) I know I personally look specificly for domain names that are registered with Moniker as I like having my domain names only with a couple registrars. Godaddy, Moniker and NetworkSolutions.
