As of November 13, 2008 (today) Namejet.com will be offering .mobi and .tv domain names in it’s Pre-Release section of it’s site.
These domain names will come from their partner network which includes NetworkSolutions.com, eNom.com and Fabulous.com to mention a few.
This will be .mobi’s first time in the "expired" auction world so it will be interesting to watch and see what happens with the drops that will be taking place shortly. I assume the .tv is NJ just expanding a little.
If the recent Sedo auction gives us any idea, it looks like .mobi is fading and the .mobi expired auctions will not be overly exciting. For the .mobi lovers, this will be an exciting time for you as many people are losing faith in the extension and the failing economy will help as well to keep pricing lower.

I think the .mobi shall disapear but the .tv is going well really picking up here in europe.

I think there are still enough .mobi fans who will chase these drops and that activity just might catch some interest from those casually watching .mobi.
However, if good .mobi names go cheap, this could be .mobi’s last stand.
Regarding .tv, I wonder if namejet has hooked up with enom.tv.
Keep in mind that premium priced .tv domains do not drop, they are just kept by the registry and re-sold.
How about that? People complain about tucows hoarding unpaid domains. Premium .tv domains don’t even drop! EVER!

Mobi is going to cement itself as the go to in the next year or two. Lots of big companies adopting it with little regard from domainers. TV is looking very nice as well.
