I dont mean to blog on your blog, but this hits home. On the 31st of March (08), I initiated a transfer of a domain from NETSOL to GoDaddy. I had to deal with the \"lock\" line of BS to get the account transferred. These people have made moving accounts a struggle. I have tried every day since 4/1 to transfer the account. Every attempt resulted in a denial email because the Domain is locked. This was followed by a phone call to NETSOL to find out why. 8 Calls later, (actually 15 minutes ago), they mysteriously approved the transfer. Apparently Jambi finally did the \"Meka-leka High\" chant and the lock was magically removed. But wait, a Catch!! Perish the thought! The official transfer will not occur until the 14th. So even though they have blocked this for 10 days already, they feel they have the right to block it for four more now. What they have achieved and continue to practice is a pseudo-legal way of executing the DDOS attacks of the 1990\'s. If you do not know what that is, search IRC and DDOS. I guess the packet kiddies have grown up and now are hijacking domains instead of packeting them into the ground. This is proof that ICANN is a failure. There are more complaints about NETSOL than any other registrar and yet ICANN sleeps. If they were worth the paper they waste writing their idiotic rules on, they would have not only put NETSOL out of business, they would be leading a global class action lawsuit against the fraudulent activities of NETSOL.

On a side not...

For the first time today I noticed that your server kept tming out for around 3 minutes...Not that it was frustrating but you lost visitors who arrived on your site for the first time at that very moment...

**Jamie Says**

Thank you Ajay. Yes, we have been having a couple issues with the new version of WordPress 2.5, so the timeout could of been when my programmers were working on the site. Sorry for any issues.

I see that1&1 also requires the fax thing for the transfer out. This is ridiculous because they rejected a transfer request 2 time. So a domain took 16 days to transfer instead of 7.

Network Solutions should be shut down and the managers and the CEO should be BLACKLISTED from ever being able to work in a private and public company as Managers (title holders - they should SOLVE PROBLEMS and NOT create them.

People empowered with NO vision = DISASTER
