I always consider news in Newspapers as Yesterday’s news. Newspapers compile local, nation and world news and print it and ship it. From the printing presses, to trucks to newspaper stands and to your door all takes Time & Money. Logging onto your computer and going to a website takes little time and money.

I get the newspaper on the weekends but I am going to stop doing that as millions of others are. Even at 75¢ for the Saturday paper and $1.75 it’s just not worth it. My wife likes the coupons in Sunday’s paper, but that’s really it. Since most companies offer their coupons on their websites, why should I spent $1.75 to get our coupons?

In a column in my local Sunday paper in the Business section, the writer explains to me why Newspapers will not be around much longer. This is what the writer Richard Ryman says:

Check The Biz Blog

I try in this column to let you know about a few of the things that are going on in the business community, but if you want a quicker, more up-to-date business-news fix, checkout the Biz Blog on our GreenBayPressGazette.com Web site.

Now to me, that sums up why Newspapers will be going totally from Print to Web in the very near future. Now granted this column is only in the Sunday paper, but the bold part above proves true to All News that happens in this world. The web allows you to get Instant News to the Second. No waiting! You can get your news in Video, Pictures and text!

Advertising dollars moving from print to web are huge! Newspapers are switching to the web based only format and this is only starting!

What do these Newspapers and millions of other companies need to be online? A Domain Name! Considering investing in domain names as they are Hot Properties. Yes, many are owned by "somebody" but that "somebody" will often times Sell if a purchase price can be agreed on. Use the whois database to contact the owner of a domain name you may be interested in via Whois.sc which is the database of domain name owners.
