It has been a long time coming but after several teasers here on DotWeekly that I will be launching a new service (Zearn.com) and since that is in private beta, the time has come for me to launch my first product!
What is ZipZing?
ZipZing is a dictionary based domain name filtering software that is flexible and a huge time saver! You can enter up to 3 different dictionaries (keyword list) and use those to filter any domain name list. Upload any domain list and nearly instantly see:
- 1 Word Domains
- 2 Word Domains
- 3 Word Domains
- Popular Domains (C, CC, CCC, LL, LLL, LLLL, NN, NNN, NNNN)
- 2 Word Domains With Hyphens
- 3 Word Domains With Hyphens
- All Domains (parsed and in input order)
- Other Domains (not matching the dictionary)
You can also filter by TLD and dictionary word length.
The dictionary (dictionaries) are the heart of the software and the great thing is, you are not limited to "one" dictionary! You can create your own dictionary, use one as your popular "ends with" keywords and so much more.
ZipZing Uses
This software is a personal use tool that I decided to release to the public because it really helps me and I figured it would help others as well. I use the ZipZing domain name filtering software for a lot of things and I’m sure there are many of uses that it can be used for that I haven’t used it for yet. I use it for:
~ Filtering PendingDelete domain name lists. ZipZing will basically present you nearly instantly "goodies" and remove all the "junk". If you are a raw domain name list sorter, ZipZing is a great tool for you. If you do not search domain names from a raw list, you should consider it! You no longer have to waste your time looking at domain names like You69MeTonightBaby360.net in a list of 100K domain names! ZipZing instantly splits up a domain name list into 1 word, 2 word, 3 word, popular domains (LLL, CCC, LLLL, NNNN etc) and more into tabs. You can export each tab to do further research with the DRT software or Estibot etc.
~ I use ZipZing to filter "Expired" domain names from SnapNames, NameJet, GoDaddy and more. On the Resources page on ZipZing.com, I list several sources of raw domain name lists directly from the sources.
~ I use ZipZing to create my GoDaddy Goodies list! If you are a blog owner, forum users and post long to really long domain name lists and like to make them look good, capitalizing the first letter in keywords is a must! Let ZipZing do the work for you! ZipZing will parse all the domain names it can (when applicable due to the dictionary used). domainname.com becomes DomainName.com in ZipZing without you having to do it manually. Not only are your lists easier to look at, the people seeing the list of domains will enjoy being able to read it easier.
ZipZing as an "All" tab that contains all the domain names inserted and will parse all the domains it can and not "filter" anything. Simply export the list (fix a couple if needed) and you nearly instantly went from a common all lower case or all upper case domain list to a pretty, first letter capitalized keyword domains!

One time fee of $59.99 USD. Not the cheapest, aka FREE but still very fairly priced for the amount of time ZipZing can and will save you. Time and time again, day after day! Not sure if you are ready to spend your hard earned money yet? Give the free demo download a try first (limited to 50 domains) and then decide. I wouldn’t be offering this product if I didn’t think it wouldn’t help you but I also know it’s not perfect for everybody.
