I had started DotWeekly.com only about 4 months ago with the intentions to Help Others in the domain world. As with any site, you never know what will happen. I could write and maybe nobody would read? That was one thought, but the way I looked at it was, it didn’t matter. If even one person would come across DotWeekly.com once and learn something, I would be happy!

Now did I ever think I would be getting phone calls from some of the largest registrars? Nope! Did I think that some of the big players in the industry would even read my blog? Nope! Did I think people would send me an email, just to say Thank You? Nope?

Did I know that I could help people? I sure did and I am happy to help. Everything on DotWeekly is here to help. The advertisers that I put on this blog are here for a reason. They are not only there to help fill up my penny jar (which they do not), they are products and services that I use and think they will help you. I list links of registrars that I use and like! Again, they are to provide you a source of what I use. I link to forums that I use and I also offer tools that I use and have built that are helpful in many ways and hope all enjoy them.

HHEM(.)com is for sale!

The domain is registered at Godaddy.com and you will get a free push at time of payment. This is a super fair deal and the only reason I am selling is so I can pay for the software Camtasia and get a headset with a mic on it.

For security, I would like to get a Paypal Mass Pay. If you are unsure of how to do a Paypal Mass Pay, I explain how here.

Price is only $375 USD which will allow me to cover the cost of the Camtasia ($299) and a headset microphone ($75). If you can help out, Great! You will get a great domain name in return as well.

Creation date: 3-27-1998

Expire date: 3-26-2009

The Paypal mass pay would go to the email address on the whois. Which is here.

If you would like to do the transaction thre DNFourm.com as well, here is the theard.

So many things to talk about….

~ Bill Sweetman from Tucows admits that Tucows simply keeps some domain names after they expire and the customer doesn’t renew. They do not even send them to auction because THEY want them. No kidding, who wouldn’t. Meaning they can get LLL.com’s for $6.35 or CVCV.com’s for $6.35 or one word generics for $6.35. Warehousing at it’s best IMO. The thing that upsets me the most about this, is as an investor and the general public has ZERO chance to obtain the domain unless you pay Tucows Big Bucks and buy it from them out of their portfolio.

We all know other registrars are doing this (register.com amung others), but to Admit it is another thing. Read the Comment’s here and read what Bill had to say. ICANN has to do something about this, because one day, registrars are going to hold ALL the gems and leave the general public with Nothing, unless they buy from their portfolio!
