Sedo.com is reporting the domain name PaydayLoans.info has sold for $24,000 USD. This would make PaydayLoans.info the highest .info sale for 2010 at this point. The next highest .info sale reported so far for 2010 was Love.info which sold for $12,000 USD at DomainFest on 2/17/2010.

For 2009, according to DnJournal.com, Dubai.info was the highest reported .info sale for 2009 with a sales price of $35,000. The second largest .info sale in 2009 was SEO.info which sold for $21,930 USD.

The whois info has yet to change on the PaydayLoans.info domain name and still currently shows a well known domain name investor as the owner. Larry Fischer of the blog DirectNavigation.com . I sent an email to Larry to confirm the sale and Larry confirmed it. I will keep an eye on whois to see who the new owner is, but I would expect it to be a payday loan store.

Although the .info TLD makes sense for an information type site, the TLD has not had much love when it comes to higher dollar sales like .com, .net and .org! Payday Loans is a pretty popular money maker and the competition is pretty stiff for the matching keyword with 5.5 million results on Google. Larry, the past owner of the domain name is well educated on domains and even though asked what many may think is a "higher price", this time the buyer thought it was fair enough and saw the value in the all important keyword they were looking for in the domain name, which resulted in the sale.

DogsBite.com was sold by MostWantedDomains.com via Michael Berkins of TheDomains.com for $11,000 USD at Sedo.

GiftCardMessages.com $12,000 USD which is also pictured above. This may have been a Website/Domain sale, as the domain ranks number 1 on Google for Gift Card Messages already and a site is up.

Glitch.com for $19,000 also pictured above was first reported sold around Jan 19, 2010

BGM.com $12,501 sold at Sedo as well.
