The Domain Madness auction started with Pre-Bidding which opened on March 26 and is still currently open until just before the Live Auction starts on March 31 at 2:15 PM CT via Aftermarket.com .

Since No Proxy bidding is allowed during the Live Auction, I expect a good deal of Pre-Bidding to take place.

So how is the Pre-Bidding going so far? Pretty good if you ask me. Currently (at posting) 10 of 48 domain names have Pre-Bids (some domains have more then one bid also). Domains with Pre-Bidding so far are:

In the Domain Contest, I picked 12 domains that I considered "Good Buys" and those 12 were my picks for the contest. Several of the domains I picked, currently also have Pre-Bids. My 12 Picks to sell were:

So far, I am 6/12 on my picks and 6 for 10 of the domains with current Pre-Bids. Since I spent about 1 minute picking my list :) I should of picked a couple more domains as well. DurableGoods.com ($2,600) is a good buy and I like Groomed.com ($2,400) as well. Groomed is a very nice fit for a Pet Grooming shop and there are Lots of them.

I think WeddingStore.com will be the Highest domain sold in this auction and I think is priced right at $40K. Who will the buyer be? Dr. Kevin Ham if you ask me! I love this domain and I would really think he does also! Dr. Ham owns many very nice Wedding domains.

The domain I am not a big fan of that currently has a Pre-Bid….. Tale.com at $8K and there is One Reason that I do not like it. Tail . Unless the buyer is Tail.com. Huge potential for typo’s.
