The domain name RandomActsOfKindness.org has been sold at Sedo.com for $25,000 USD. Foundation For Better Life was the buyer according to whois records. The domain name was first registered in August of 2002.
Foundation For Better Life currently uses ForBetterLife.org for the email address in whois records but that domain name forwards to a gem of a domain name Values.com which they appear to use as their main site.
4 word .org sale at $25K, I think most would consider it a nice end user sale!
Poker.org is still (and will likely be) the highest .org domain name sale so far in 2010. TaxAttorney.org which sold earlier this year is the second highest .org domain sale for 2010 at $35K, followed by DUIAttorney.org also at $35K. RandomActsOfKindness.org would rank the 4th highest .org domain name sale of 2010.
RandomActsOfKindness.org wasn’t the only .org ringing in the sales. Several other .org’s were sold recently at Sedo and those include:
BookStores.org $1,407
FearOfFlying.org $750
CaseManager.org $1,750
CatNames.org $1,260
VideoCameras.org $3,100
Dot Com’s were not shut out in any way and a couple of those sales include:
AngelBoy.com $1,900
Cured.com $25,000
VancouverCriminalAttorney.com $1,500
HpLp.com $1,061
Syndikat.com $3,000
eSkate.com $2,500
HighInterestSavingsAccount.com $18,000 another 4 word term grabbing 5 figures!
For now, RandomActsOfKindness.org also forwards to Values.com. Congrats to both buyer and seller!
