If you get a call from this number, just ignore it, or answer, give them a few seconds for the dialer to connect you with the human enacting the scam (he/she will not reply to your first "hello?"), then play loud music directly into the phone, talk about traffic, whatever seems appropriate at the time. Stand YOUR ground even if you stand alone because that is what makes you YOU as an individual unique (protect your Internet Real Estate because it is YOURS).
