Earlier this week I had wrote about Sedo.com/Erich Mueller and a failed transaction (as a seller) that I had. Click Here to catch up. I also expressed about the BAD customer service I had with Erich Mueller.

So last night, I happened to get an email offer from "somebody" that was interested in the domain that I happened to sell in that auction at Sedo. Well, with a reply to that email and another email back, come to find out that "somebody" contacting me is the Buyer from my Sedo auction. After finding this out, and reading the email, it clearly shows the Buyer was not totally at fault here. It was Sedo/ Erich again!

This is directly from the buyer and the first part of the email…

"I have purchased the domain from you on Sedo. I see you have canceled the request so I thought of offering it to you here (email) minus the cost of auction.

The delay was truly a frustration I am still suffering from now. Erich has asked me to send wire transfers for all payments individually (purchased more then one domain), which from Canada wouldve cost $200, it took him 2 weeks to arrange for 1 wire. I still have a premium name to purchase and theyre only frustrating me more.

I paid you a few days ago or a week, not sure. But it was a paypal payment because I didn’t get a reply about the wire. And when I checked the transaction it said you canceled and I am getting refunded?! I promise you I wanted to pay instantly, but they never reply and are soooooo uneasy these days"

Now I can only take the buyers word on this, as I have no way to tell if it really took Sedo/Erich 2 weeks to arrange for One of the wire transfers for the customers purchase or if Sedo would never reply. Form dealing with Sedo in the past, I have also waited a very long time to get a reply, if I ever got a reply with questions I submitted. So if there was question into a wire(s), I could very well see this happening!!!!

With being able to talk with the buyer, it’s a rare chance to see the transaction from Both Sides and clearly shows that Sedo did little help for me (the seller) or the buyer to Close The Deal. IMO, just more Proof, NOT to use Sedo for any domain name transactions! As a seller, these are clearly issues that make deals Fail. Lack of communication and long delays will Kill almost any deal!
