My DVR was set and the show was set to air in it’s normal time slot at 8 PM CT but episode 3 of Pitchmen for the 2010 season never aired on Thursday night (9-2-10)! Considering the hostage situation that took place at the Discovery Channel, this may have had something to do with it not airing?
The show was set to unveil two new products that go to market and those include the Fridge Locker™ and the ShaveMate® 6 blade razor, All-In-One with shaving cream in the handle.
The woman’s ShaveMate Diva6® and the male version ShaveMate Titan6® is an all in one razor with real shaving cream already in the handle of the razor. The ShaveMate is also a 6 blade razor!
I see the ShaveMate doing very well in the disposable razor market because it allows you to pack one less thing when you hit the road, with the shaving cream stored right in the handle of the razor already! Statements of 8-12 uses of the shaving cream have been made.
The ShaveMate has been the works for sometime already and the Pitchmen guys were already in the works with brother inventors Lou & Pete Tomassetti but the death of Bill Mays happened around the time they were getting ready to launch. The brothers teamed back up with Sully and Ptichmen but it appears another snag has been tossed into the mix with the episode not airing on September 2, 2010 as it was scheduled.

Fridge Locker
The Fridge Locker was set to air by first time inventor Kevin Alan as well. The Fridge Locker is an enclosed square box that fits into your refridgerator and has a metal locking device on it. The first thing that came to my mind was a work refrigerator because we all know that when you put your food in a community fridge, you will not always has the same food you put in it when it comes time to eat!
Using the Fridge Locker would prevent people from robbing parts or all of your lunch you bring! Yep, they can steal the whole box but I think somebody would see your locked fridge locker and know they are not the one who owns it!
