Shoppers.com purchased by Xedoc Holding SA

By the looks of it, Shoppers.com has been paid for, making the sale of $166,000 usd Official.
The new owner is Xedoc Holding SA, which is located in Luxembourg. They currently have the domain name parked with Fabulous.com, but the page is blank.
Xedoc Holding SA also purchased ProSports.com for $75K on eBay.com in Feb of 2006. They own [...]
