I AM SURE YOU COULD CARE LESS BUT THAT IS THE WAY WE FELL AND WE ARE NOT ALONE.</description>

		<description>He might think he is in the clear since he has had the domain name before BiggestLoser.com was registered. So he could have originally registered it for his own purpose of being the &quot;biggest loser&quot;. I do agree though, he has made it into a complete cyber squatting case by making the theme of the site about The Biggest Loser TV show. 
An issue that I could see arise with a case from NBC, is that some of those affiliate sites require the affiliated company to approve affiliates. If they approved his affiliate profile for this site, than he could be in the clear. There was a UDRP that had some similar theories if I remember correctly.</description>
