So he could have originally registered it for his own purpose of being the "biggest loser". I do agree though, he has made it into a complete cyber squatting case by making the theme of the site about The Biggest Loser TV show. If they approved his affiliate profile for this site, than he could be in the clear. There was a UDRP that had some similar theories if I remember correctly.
