Thank you Terrell. You may have missed a little what I wrote because I got long winded and wanted to make sure I explained it as well as I could, but I did include the following text:
~
"I am personally setting up a little system that will allow me to do this and include a Contact style form for a user to submit, but also include links directly to my Sedo and Afternic listing pages for the specific domain name they visited. This will allow the user to have Several Options to use."
~
If the interested party uses the Contact Form, then it would allow me to avoid the 10%, yes, but I am not worried about the 10% as I think it helps "close the deal" when using a 3rd party service.

Great tip Jamie. I had written a PHP script that looked at the HTTP_REFERRER (referring URL) to determine the domain, however, this did not work if someone had referring URLs turned off in their browser.

To extend on your idea one step further, rather than redirecting to Sedo you could redirect to your own offer system so that you aren't automatically taking a 10% commission on your sales.
