It’s really only my second day on Twitter.com but I noticed a mistake that even several of the domain industry Pros are missing.
To me, when you add your domain name aka website to your Twitter Profile, you want people to be able to SEE IT on your twitter page and also be able to Click It.
For one, you need a Short Domain. Secondly, DO NOT include http://www. to your domain when adding it on your Settings Page. I am pretty sure Twitter adds http:// for you already, so simply just type in your domain name and TLD. If that doesn’t create a hyper link, add http:// and leave off the www. as it will still create a hyperlink . If your domain name is short enough and you do not include www. , people should also be able to See your Domain and not just part of it.
I also suggest to use Capital Letters for each of your keywords. Yes~ DotWeekly.com No~ dotweekly.com
These are just examples and I am not picking on anybody but I wanted to show you what I mean.

I hope this helps a little as I see it being Very Important for people to be able to see your whole domain in your profile. To me, it means they will remember it because they can see it. You can follow me on Twitter.com via http://twitter.com/yofie
