I have had several extended talks with Mike from Vessio.com to resolve the refund issue that I personally had with his company and to resolve and help the other people that did not get their projects or refunds.
I am happy to announce that Vessio has sent my full refund today for my project that we agreed on that did not get finished. Mike went through very strong growing pains from offering many great deals and was swamped by projects and got way behind and didn’t know when to stop the "good offers". I do know this happens to many companies and do not prepare for Growth and I think Mike has learned and will grow from this.
Only time will tell if Vessio get’s back to the quality development work he was known for before but I have a pretty good feeling that Mike will make many positive moves with the lessons learned.

glad you posted this and happy you got your refund… i am sure others will be getting there refunds as well…may not happen over night but its in the right direction and doing whats right… alot of companies experience this.
